I love the urn but was very disappointed as I wished for girl's name and dates. Her passing was very hard for me and it took me almost 3 years to order the urn.

It says up to 16lbs prior to cremation amd I can’t get a 7 lb cat in this thing. It’s tiny. It would fit a deck of cards and a half maybe. I’m so disappointed because it’s really pretty.

My dad was a craftsman, so we were looking for aesthetically pleasing, well made urns made from good, quality materials. We were impressed by the look and details provided across the site, and found the prices to be most reasonable. Extra shout-out to the customer service team, too! I was a bit overcome with emotion as I officially placed the order and failed to notice I had the wrong shipping address. When I caught it a few hours later, I sent an email to the team and they responded within the hour confirming that they'd updated the address. We were even more pleased by the speed of delivery and how the urn we received perfectly matched what was described on the website. It's not that I want to have more occasions to order from such a wonderful team of people, but it's very good to know who my family and I can turn to when the time is necessary in the future.
