I’m extremely disappointed with the Classic ‘Slate Paw Heart Keepsake’ that I received. On the website, this item is advertised as an urn; however, it is not. It’s extremely small, literally the size of my palm, and I cannot do anything with it. I planned on transferring the remains of my late dog into the item, but now I cannot because it is extremely This has been a complete waste of money, time, and energy. I would not suggest anyone purchase this item. Again, I’m extremely disappointed and closure of my dog’s passing is prolonged.
Its very sturdy, seems like it was made very well. Its easy to put the ashes inside and screw close. It has a magnetic mechanism for the photo which i really like. Its big and looks really nice. The engraving is pretty nice too, its clean and easy to read. My only 2 complaints is the screen protecting the picture, its plastic instead of glass and it came scratched. I also had to tape my picture down cause it slipped down when i set the urn on a table, could be my fault for not having a long enough picture. Overall, i love the urn. I would definitely buy from this place again in the future but i hope i wont have to.

This urn was beautifully made, heavy, and high quality. The engraving was perfect. The cremation services person we used said it was one of the nicest urns he had ever seen. I lost my soul cat nearly three weeks ago and received this piece the day after he came home. It’s the ideal size and weight, same goes for the chain. The clasp is a little tricky, but if it makes the chain more stable, I won’t complain. I feel closer to my cat while wearing this necklace - now he goes everywhere with me.
The urn is beautiful and looks very classy. The engraving looks very good as well. The inside of the urn could have been better in my opinion. The inside was gross with zero coating. I felt like even a cheap coating would have went a long way, especially when putting your loved ones inside. Shipping was extremely fast.
