Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30 day refund policy on all of our products.
We will honor a full refund of any product you purchase and return that is not to your satisfaction within that time period, with the exceptions noted in the next paragraph. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return with a full refund, your item must be:
- Not engraved
- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
We will refund up to two cremation urns from any one order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds for Incorrectly Engraved Items
If the item was engraved incorrectly, we can issue partial refunds, at our discretion. This will depend on if the incorrect engraving was made by OneWorld Memorials or if the customer's engraving proof was sent to OneWorld Memorials incorrectly at the beginning of the process.
It is wise to double check what you want engraved, such as spelling, dates, and capitalization, as we do our best to engrave them at our earliest convenience to ship them out to you faster.
If you ordered engraving and want to cancel it, please call immediately at (844) 671-9744. We can only issue a full refund if the item is not engraved.
Where is My Refund?
The process of returning an item can take a while, sometimes weeks, depending on how quickly the item is returned to us.
- Before issuing a refund, OneWorld Memorials has to receive and physically inspect the item.
- After receiving the item, we will confirm the refund and send an E-mail to you once the refund has been issued. Be sure to keep the E-mail as proof that OneWorld Memorials has issued the refund.
- If you are unsure whether or not the refund E-mail has been sent, please call (844) 671-9744.
If you haven’t received a refund within one week after receiving the E-mail, first check your credit card statement. Before contacting your credit card company, call OneWorld Memorials at (844) 671-9744. This will help us confirm that we issued the refund. If you still have concerns over the length of time the refund is taking, contact your credit card company, it may take more time before your refund is officially posted to your statement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75 in value, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so there is always proof of delivery.
