I placed this order for my mom's urn, purple and white was very important to me. I received it and the part that was suppose to be white was a yellow/tan color. I was very disappointed, i did email and bring it to their attention but that's how they all were they said. They did offer a refund, but the trouble of sending it back was more than I mentally wanted to handle which is why it got 2 stars. 1 for them trying to do a refund and 1 for the pendent because that was perfect. Hopefully this is taken off the site until fixed because being disappointed about something this important is frustrating.
