Yes, we offer free ground shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.
All orders using our US free ground shipping will arrive in 3-5 business days from the day the order is shipped. For orders under $50 we offer a $5 flat rate shipping which will also arrive in 3-5 business days. Ground shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will generally take 7 business days. The other expedited shipping options you'll find during the checkout process can ensure your order will get there faster (see "Do you offer next day delivery?" for further information).
We offer next day delivery through various carriers such as FedEx, UPS and the US Postal service at their going rates. You will find those options during the checkout process. Although we guarantee we will get your package to the shipping company in time to fulfill your requested delivery date, we cannot accept responsibility for the shipper's performance.
All orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time will be shipped the same business day unless noted otherwise in the product's description. After 3:00 PM the order will be shipped early the next business day unless noted otherwise in our products description. We do not ship on federal/national holidays.
We currently ship only within the United States of America, Canada and Australia.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
All our shipping options provide tracking. The tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the shipment is set up in our system.
We offer you a full money back guarantee within 30 days of any purchase for a full refund on items that have not been engraved or on returns of more than 2 cremation urns. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50 which will go out by one of the major carriers such as the US Postal Service, FedEx or UPS. Additionally you have the option to expedite your shipment for the going rate of the carrier. Various expedited shipping options will be shown to you prior to buying the product during checkout so you can decide before placing the order.
We do not generally ship with a request for signature unless asked for. If your package is not showing up in a timely manner please contact us immediately so we can track it down. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that were verified as delivered to the address given.
We do not charge sales tax except to those who reside in Minnesota, which we must do by law.
If you find a lower advertised price from either your funeral home or any other shop we will match their price. Price matches must be compared to advertised products on our site and must be the identical product. Contact us via the contact page for a quick response with the following information: link to product on the other shopping site, their price and your contact information.
